1700-degree high-temperature melting furnace (mechanical lifting)

Temperature range


Maximum operating temperatures: 1200°C, 1400°C, 1600°C, 1700°C, 1800°C


Long-term operating temperatures: 1150°C, 1350°C, 1550°C, 1680°C, 1780°C


Temperature control range: 100-1200°C, 100-1400°C, 100-1600°C, 100-1700°C, 100-1800°C


Temperature control accuracy: ±1°C (for all temperature ranges)

1200°C: K-type thermocouple


1400°C: S-type thermocouple


1600°C and above: Type B thermocouple

1200°C and 1400°C: Silicon carbide rods


1600°C: Silicon germanium rod


1700°C: 1800-type silicon germanium rod


1800°C: 1850 type silicon germanium rod


Crucible material: 99% quartz ceramic, mullite or 99.9% alumina (three options available)


Installation position of the heating element


1200°C to 1700°C: Around the crucible


1800°C: Two heating systems (10-11 type) are adopted, one on the periphery and the other at the bottom.


Heating rate: Maximum 40°C per minute (nonlinear)


Furnace body structure and material


The structure of the air-cooled double-layer carbon steel furnace features an effective air-cooled guide partition and

 an overall cold air circulation system to prevent high-temperature oxidation of the conductive sheets.


Crucible installation method


1-5L: Flip and insert from the top of the furnace


10-17L: Configure the lift base to enter the high greenhouse


Refractory insulation materials: High-purity alumina lightweight materials, featuring high temperature resistance, 

low heat storage, resistance to sudden temperature changes, and excellent insulation performance.


Furnace shell temperature: Outer shell temperature < 45°C


Safety protection


Integrated module control unit, dual-loop control and protection


Protection functions: overshoot, overshoot, undershoot, segment bias (possibly a typo, it should be "bias"), phase loss, overvoltage,

 overcurrent, over-temperature, current feedback, soft start, etc

Closed-loop technology thyristor module trigger control (phase shift or zero-crossing trigger)


The output is adjustable (voltage/current/power), featuring constant voltage, constant current or constant power characteristics


Current inner loop, voltage outer loop, current limiting protection, maintaining constant output, and protecting heat-generating components

Intelligent temperature controller, supporting multiple regulation methods such as PID, artificial intelligence TAPID or MPT


Self-tuning and self-learning functions, no overshoot or undershoot


30-segment program control (supporting arbitrary temperature rise and fall), programmable commands (loop, run, pause, stop), 

and allowing program modification during runtime

The electric stove is covered by a one-year free warranty


Ceramic crucibles and heating elements are not covered by warranty
